Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rice flour -1 cup
  2. Onion-1,small, finely chopped
  3. Green chilies- 1, finely chopped and seeds removed
  4. Curry leaves- a few, chopped
  5. Coriander leaves- a few, chopped
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Oil to grease the tawa

Instructions

  1. Take all the ingredients [except oil for greasing the tawa] in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add water and make a lump free batter that is thinner than the regular dosa batter but similar to rava dosa batter.
  3. Heat a tawa and smear oil on it.
  4. Mix the batter well before pouring on the tawa.
  5. Take a small cup of batter and start pouring it from the outer edge and come as a circle to the center.
  6. Cover and cook till the edges come off the tawa.
  7. Gently flip it over and cook for a minute or so.
  8. Serve hot with a side of your choice
