ABOUT Masala maggi noodles RECIPE

Kids favourite maggi noodles cooked with more vegetables to make them healthier.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 single pack maggi
  2. Water,as required
  3. Salt,as required
  4. 2 tbsp oil
  5. 1 onion
  6. 1 cup vegetables ( carrot, beans,baby corn , capsicum)
  7. Coriander leaves


  1. Cook the Maggi noodles with water .
  2. Drain extra water and keep aside.
  3. In a wok,heat oil and add chopped onion and saute till translucent.
  4. Add all chopped vegetables and saute them for 2-3 mins.
  5. Add salt to taste and Maggi masala to the wok.
  6. Add some water and cook again for 2-3 min.
  7. Add the Maggi noodles and mix well.
  8. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
