Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 1/2 cup wheat flour
  2. 1/2 cup spinach puree
  3. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  4. 1/2 tsp carrom seeds
  5. Salt,to taste
  6. Oil,for frying

Instructions

  1. Take wheat flour, salt,carrom seeds and Black pepper powder in a bowl.
  2. Add spinach puree and make a dough and rest it for sometime.
  3. Make small balls of dough and roll out pooris.
  4. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the pooris.
  5. Serve hot with fried potatoes or chips or as you prefer.
