Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 1bowl
  2. Chana Dal half bowl
  3. Onian 1 chopped
  4. Oil 1tbs
  5. Muster half tps
  6. Jira 1 tps
  7. Termaric powder half tps
  8. Red chilli powder 4tps
  9. Dhana powder half tps
  10. Sugar half tps
  11. Coriander leaves 1 tps
  12. Salt as taste

Instructions

  1. Soaked the Chana Dal for 3-4hr
  2. Take wheat flour added salt and water mixed well as a dough rest it 10min
  3. Made various shapes with wheat dough
  4. Take a pan added oil, muster seeds, jira & Onian
  5. Haldi powder, dhana powder, red chilli powder ,salt, sugar mixed well and added 3cup of water
  6. When it boiled took the Chakolies, dhoklies in water and cover it
  7. After 10-15min check it took coriander leaves and green mango,serv it
