Vintage and lost recipe. A very authentic and delicious.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 cup poha(flattened Rice)
  2. 1/2 cup ghee
  3. 1/2 cup powdred sugar
  4. 1 tbs poppy seeds
  5. 1 tsp cardamom powder
  6. 1/2 coconut flakes white
  7. 2 tbs raisins
  8. Some Cashew pieces
  9. Forgarnish
  10. 1/4 cup green colour coconut flakes
  11. 1/4 cup red colour coconut flakes
  12. Some almond
  13. Some almond
  14. Some cashews

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl stariner add poha into and wash it 1-2 times by gently swifting them with your fingers under running water.
  2. Drain the excess water through a strainer.
  3. Keep aside for few minutes.
  4. Then transfer poha in a big bowl.
  5. Add sugar, ghee, poppy seeds, rasine, cashews pieces and white coconut flakes.
  6. Mix well, very carefully ,adjust sugar for your taste.
  7. Set in the mould or Serving dish.
  8. Garnish and decorate with, colorful coconut and nuts. Serve and enjoy.
