About Veg noodles Recipe

Veg hakka noodles, fried noodles with veggies

Veg noodles

Ingredients to make Veg noodles

  • Plain chow noodles - 100 gm
  • onion - 1 (shredded)
  • capsicum - 1 (shredded)
  • carrot - 1 (shredded)
  • cabbage - 1/2 cup (shredded)
  • Beans - 1/2 cup (shredded)
  • Ajinomotto -1/4 tsp
  • Soya sauce - 2 tsp
  • chilli sauce - 2 tsp
  • garlic pods - 5 (chopped)
  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 1/2tsp
  • salt - 3/4 tsp
  • vinegar - 1 tbsp

How to make Veg noodles

  1. Boil water in a big vessel.
  2. Add noodles and salt.
  3. Cook till noodles become soft.
  4. Drain and wash noodles with cold water.
  5. Keep aside noodles and pour 1 tsp oil over it.
  6. Heat oil in a kadahi.
  7. Add onion and garlic.
  8. Stir fry and add all veggies.
  9. Add salt, pepper, sugar and ajinomotto.
  10. Add boiled noodles.
  11. Add chilli, soya sauce and vinegar.
  12. Mix all well and cook for 2 minutes on high flame.
  13. Remove from heat and enjoy hot veg hakka noodles.
