Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Red or brown cooked boiled rice 1 big bowl
  2. Small onion as per your need
  3. Green chilli- 2 to 3
  4. Salt as per your need
  5. Buttermilk - 1 glass
  6. Water as required to ferment rice

Instructions

  1. Cool down the cooked rice
  2. Once it is cooled add enough water to soak the rice for 8 hours or overnight.
  3. The rice will be fermented the next day morning
  4. And it can be served by adding salt , butter milk, green chilli and onion
