Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Flour - 1 cup
  2. Sugar powder - 1 cup
  3. Eggs - 3
  4. Baking powder - 1 tsp
  5. Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
  6. Oil - 1/3rd Cup
  7. Vanilla Essence - 1 Cap or 1 Tbsp
  8. Warm water - 1/4th Cup
  9. Chocolate Syrup - 3 Tbsps (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C for 20 mins and now start the preparation of cake batter.
  2. Take a deep bowl and Beat the eggs until it comes foam. We can take white and yellow separately and can beat to get foam quickly.
  3. Then add half of the Sugar Powder in the same bowl & beat and then add the other half sugar powder and beat for 30 seconds.
  4. Then add oil to the same bowl and beat for 1 min again
  5. Add Vanilla Essence to it and beat for 15 seconds
  6. Add half of the flour to the same bowl and mix it and the add remaining flour too and beat for 1 minute.
  7. If the batter is thick we should add some warm water and mix it. The batter should not be too loose.
  8. Take a cake tin, Place the Butter Paper in it and grease it with oil.
  9. Pour the Cake batter into the cake tin and tap once or twice. So that the air bubbles will comes out.
  10. Now we can add chocolate syrup and decorate it if u want.
  11. We should do the cake batter preparation in 20 mins when we preheat the oven why bcoz, if we do the preparation before the cake batter will gets dry.
  12. After preheating the oven for 20 minutes, put the cake tin into oven at 180°C for 35 mins.
  13. After 35 minutes, leave it for half an hour so that we can remove the cake easily from the cake tin without breaks.
