Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sweet potato-3
  2. Butter unsalted - 1 tablespoon
  3. Milk 1/2 cup
  4. Brown sugar- 1 tablespoon
  5. Cinnamon powder- 1/4 teaspoon
  6. Pistachio severed - 2 tablespoons
  7. Strawberry for garnish
  8. Peanut butter/ almond butter- 1 teaspoon


  1. Cook the sweet potato by steaming or boiling in cooker for 20 min
  2. Then let it cool down
  3. Once it’s cooled peel the outer skin of the sweet potato
  4. Then mash it and keep aside
  5. In a pan, add butter, cinnamon and milk and mix well
  6. Then add mashed potato and brown sugar and nuts mix well and cook for 5 minutes
  7. Serve hot by garnishing with nuts and your choice of fruits and peanut butter
