  • sugar-3TBSP
  • GOUDA CHEESE-100GM
  • MIXED NUTS-1TBSP
  • THICK cream-1BOWL

How to make Frozen Mango-Cheese Delight

  1. NOTCH THE TOP PORTION OF MANGO,AND BRING OUT THE SEED CAREFULLY BY PRESSING IT LIGHTLY AS WE NEED THE WHOLE SHELL OF MANGO. TAKE OUT THE REST OF THE PULP WITH SPOON FROM THE MANGO SHELL AND KEEP ASIDE THE PULP.
  2. BOIL MILK AND ALLOW TO REDUCE IT TILL HALF,THEN ADD SUGAR,CREAM AND CHEESE AND COOK ON LOW FLAME TILL THICK.
  3. ALLOW TO COOL,THEN BLEND THE MIXTURE WITH MANGO PULP TILL IT GETS LIGHTER, ADD NUTS AND MIX WELL.ADJUST MANGO SHELLS ON MEDIUM GLASSES TO GIVE SUPPORT AND POUR THE MIXTURE IN IT.ALLOW TO CHILL.THEN HALVE THE MANGO AND SERVE.
