Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Flour 1 and a half cups
  2. powdered sugar 1/2 cup
  3. Cocoa powder 2 teaspoons
  4. Baking powder 1 teaspoon
  5. Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon
  6. 2 Eggs
  7. Melted butter 1/3 cup
  8. Milk 3/4 cup
  9. Soyabean oil 3 teaspoons
  10. Vanilla essence 1/2 teaspoon
  11. Red food colour

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl mix the flour, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda together
  2. To this, add an egg and mix it well.
  3. Then add another egg, milk, melted butter, oil and mix thoroughly until you get a lump free batter.
  4. Now add the vanilla essence and red food colour and mix properly.
  5. Heat a frying pan and brush some oil on it. Pour half a cup of batter and let it cook on low heat. Flip it when you see bubbles forming on one side. Cook the other side for a few minutes. Cook the all the pancakes and serve with maple syrup or chocolate sauce.
