Small pizza with a little twist is ideal for breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. All purpose flour 1/2cup.
  2. Yeast 1/2tea spoon.
  3. Salt a pinch.
  4. Oil 1tea spoon.
  5. Sugar 1/2 tea spoon.
  6. For Filling:
  7. Chopped onion1table spoon
  8. Spring onion 1tea spoon.
  9. Chopped coriander leaves 1tea spoon.
  10. Chopped banana 1tea spoon.
  11. Chopped capsicum 1tea spoon.
  12. Pizza sauce 1tea spoon.
  13. Mozerell cheese(grated 2table spoon.


  1. Put all the ingredients of filling in a bowl.Mix them and keep aside.
  2. Mix all other ingredients of dough and make a soft dough.Cover and leave for 10minutes.
  3. Roll dough into a thin chapati.Make about 10_12 small puris by cutting with a cookie cutter.
  4. Put one tea spoon each of the filling on one puri/pizza each.
  5. Seal the edges of each pizza and make a potli like structure.
  6. Preheat an oven on 180°c for 10 minutes and bake pizzas for 10_13 minutes.
  7. Take out . Add a little pizza sause on each pop and garnish with some mozerella cheese and spring onions.
  8. Pierce a wooden skewer on each pop Serve hot.
