Take besan and curd in a bowl
Add water and make a thin batter
Add salt and turmeric powder
Add ginger past and wisk wel
Take a staner and strain the batter in a pan
Steering continuasly till the batter become thik
When the batter become thik switch off the flame
Take a steel thali grease oil back of the thali
Make a thin layer top of the grease thali with this thik batter and keep it for 5 minutes
This step i made in 3 thali
Heat a pan take 1 spoon oil and mustard seeds
When the seeds splattered switch of the flame
Sprinkle few grated coconut, chopped chili and coriander leaves
Cut the layer and make 6 peaces
Sprinkle mustard seeds with oil
Fold the peace separate in one by one
When rolling process complete place all the khandbi in a plate
Top on the khandani sprinkle grated coconut and mustard seeds with oil
