Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 100 grams wheat flour
  2. 1 + 2 tablespoon clarified butter
  3. 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
  4. Water as required


  1. Take wheat flour, clarified butter and salt in big plate
  2. Mix all and rub it between the fingers so that the flour well coated with ghee
  3. Take little water at a time and make a soft dough
  4. Grease ghee to the dough and rest it for 15-20 minutes
  5. Devide the dough into 2 equal portion
  6. Take 1 portion from dough and make big size roti
  7. Now make slashes in one side
  8. Flip the roti and make floral design with finger
  9. Make the design all over the roti
  10. Place the roti slashed side on tawa
  11. When one side half cook flip the roti and cook another side
  12. When both side half cooked brush ghee in both side and cook slowly
  13. When both side cook properly place it in a plate
  14. Make this roti with another portion of dough
  15. When both roti done serve in a plate with dal and sabji
