Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 3-4 boiled potatoes
  2. 1 tsp chaat masala
  3. 6 pav buns
  4. 1 tsp garam masala
  5. 1/2 tsp sugar
  6. 2 tsp oil
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Anar dana fruit seeds
  9. Nylon sev
  10. Butter for roasting pav
  11. Roasted masala peanuts (grind peanut coarsely before using, enjoy the crunchy taste)
  12. Coriander leaves 1 bunch
  13. Garlic chutney (8-10 garlic cloves, red chilli powder, salt, lemon juice, little water,1 tomato grind together)
  14. Sweet imli and gur/jaggery chutney
  15. 1 medium blub of finely chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Grate the boiled potatoes. Keep aside.
  2. Heat oil on a low flame.
  3. In a separate small bowl add few tbsps of water, chaat masala, garam masala, sugar and salt. Mix well and add in the pan.
  4. Saute for a few seconds and add in the potato mash mix. After a few minutes turn off the flame.
  5. Cover it for a few minutes until masalas get soaked with in the potatoes.
  6. Take pav cut from centre. Spread garlic chutney first then sweet chutney and spread mashed potatoes mix.
  7. Add coarsely ground peanuts, anar dana seeds, coriander leaves chopped, roll pav sides in nylon sev.
  8. Roast on a hot pan with some butter on both the sides for a few seconds and serve hot.
