Ingredients to make Egg bhurji roll

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 inch piece ginger grated
  • 3 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1/2 tspn black pepper
  • 1/2 tspn oregano
  • 1/2 tspn salt
  • 2 tspn oil
  • 2 tblspn breadcrumbs
  • 1 boiled mashed potato
  • 1/2 katori chopped corriander leaves

How to make Egg bhurji roll

  1. Take a mixing bowl and beat all the eggs with yolk.
  2. Add little bit salt and beat it.
  3. Now take a kadai and add one tspn of oil in it.
  4. Pour all the beaten eggs and make bhurji of it.
  5. But donot dry it.
  6. Now switchoff the flame.
  7. Again take a mixing bowl and add mash potato in it.
  8. Add chopped onion, salt, black pepper, chopped garlic and chopped corriander to it.
  9. Now add egg bhurji also.
  10. Mix it very well so that they are combined to each other properly.
  11. Now egg bhurji dough is ready.
  12. Make balls of it and give them roll shape.
  13. Now brush the non stick pan with the oil.
  14. Then coat the egg bhrji rolls in the bread crumbs.
  15. Place these rolls on the pan.
  16. Flip it after two or three mins.
  17. When gets crisp and brown in color.then transfer it to the plate.
  18. Serve it hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.

My Tip:

We can use any dip for it.
