Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. All purpose flour 1 cup
  2. Refined oil 2 cup
  3. Salt and sugar as per taste
  4. baby potato 500 gm
  5. Onion paste 1 tablespoon
  6. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  7. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  8. Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  9. Cardamom 2-3
  10. cinnamom 2-3smalls size
  11. Cloves 2-3
  12. Coriander leaves 2 tablespoon
  13. 1 tomato slice

Instructions

  1. take a pot adeed flour half teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon sugar
  2. now added one tablespoon oil
  3. and mix well and make the doue
  4. now added warm water and make the dough
  5. Ready to dough and cover the rest 15minit
  6. start with the round ball of the dough
  7. Now flour the surface of the dough
  8. roll from the centre
  9. rotate 90 degrees
  10. 90 degree rolls again
  11. roll in shot quick stocks
  12. apply gently pressure,And is ready
  13. Same waye make the all luchis
  14. Heat 2 cup of oil
  15. Fry the luchi,
  16. And luchi is ready
  17. (Cook the alur dom) 1st heat 2 tbsp oil the pan
  18. next added cinnamon cardamom and cloves
  19. onion paste added
  20. now adding coriander powder and turmeric powder
  21. some water and Saute
  22. Adding Kashmiri red chilli powder
  23. tomato and green chilli added
  24. now adding Green peace, salt and sugar as per taste
  25. cook 2-3 minutes medium gas flem
  26. now added boiled baby onions and mix well cook 2minits
  27. now added 1 cup of water
  28. cover the cooked 5 minutes medium gas flame
  29. at last added chopped coriander leaves and alur dom is ready.
  30. luchi Alur Dom is ready to serve
