  1. Bringals 5-6
  2. Spring onions 1
  3. Garlic clove 7-8
  4. Green chillies 7-8
  5. Termaric powder half tps
  6. Gram masala powder 1tps
  7. Dhana powder 1 tps
  8. Red chilli powder 2tps
  9. Aamchur powder 1 tps
  10. Muster seeds 1/2tps
  11. Jira half tps
  12. Oil 2tbs
  13. Salt as taste

Instructions

  1. MADE 2CUTS THE BRINGAL
  2. TAKE PAN HEAT OIL ADDED MUSTER-JIRA 1/4TPS ,SPRING ONIONS , GARLIC-CHILLI PEST 2TPS
  3. ADDED HALF TPS TURMERIC POWDER,1TPS GARAM MASALA AND DHANA POWDER, RED CHILLI POWDER 2TPS
  4. ADDED AAMCHUR POWDER 1TPS & SALT
  5. TOOK THE GRAVY IN PLATE AND FILLED THE BRINZAL CUTS
  6. FILLING BRINGAL CUTS
  7. ADDED THE BRINGALS IN THE REMAINING GRAVY AND COVERED IT
  8. ADDING WATER IN THE PAN
  9. STIRED IT EVERY 3-4MINS,AFTER 10-12MIN IT COMES TO SERV IT
