Ingredients to make Masala Poori

  • wheat flour 3 cups
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • lal mirch powder 1 tsp
  • haldi powder a pinch
  • Chat masala 1 tsp
  • Jaljeera powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • water for kneading
  • oil for deep frying

How to make Masala Poori

  1. Mix all the ingredients and knead a tight dough.

My Tip:

I used a little moin in flour. It will make the poori crispy.
