ABOUT Baked Oats Quinoa Veg Fruity Pizza RECIPE

Now we are all health conscious, so therefore I used Oats, Quinoa, wheat, vegetables, fruits, paneer . Curry ( pata) leaves with ghee tadka alongwith herbs which will give a tremendous aromatic, chat paata, mind blowing dish.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Oats powder 1 cup
  2. Quinoa powder 1/2 cup
  3. Multi grain wheat flour 1/2 cup
  4. Curd 1 cup
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Sugar 1 tsp
  7. Ghee 3 tbsp
  8. Butter 1 tbsp
  9. Mustard Seeds 1/2tsp
  10. Urad dal 1/2 tsp
  11. A pinch of asafoetida
  12. Curry leaves 10 nos
  13. Onion chopped 1/2 cup
  14. Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbs
  15. Spinach leaves chopped 1/2 cup
  16. Water 1 cup
  17. Tomato 1 nos chopped
  18. Baby tomato 5 nos
  19. Paneer cube 10 nos
  20. Capsicum red , Yellow, green slices 1/2 cup
  21. Beans chopped 1/4 cup
  22. Carrot chopped 1/2 cup
  23. Zucchini 1/2 cup chopped
  24. Mixed herb 1 tsp
  25. Mexican seasoning 1 tsp
  26. Green chilli chopped 1 tbsp
  27. Chat masala 1 tsp
  28. Fruits- Orange, banana , kiwi, Apple 3/4 cup chopped
  29. Dry fruits 1/2 cup chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix together the oats powder, quinoa powder, wheat , curd, butter, salt, mixed herbs, water 1/2 cup. Keep it aside for 10 mins. Then divide the batter into two parts.
  2. Meanwhile, chop all the veggies and fruits keep it ready. 
  3. In a kadai, heat the ghee sauté onions and chopped garlic then add beans and grated carrot along with salt and green chillis. Then add zucchini, capsicum, coriander leaves and chopped tomato mix well, and cook for one minute.
  4. Heat another kadai, pour all the fruits and dry fruits. Cook for one minute. Add 1/2 tsp sugar, chat masala, Mexican seasoning and cook for one minute.
  5. Pour the vegetable fried mixture into one part of the oats batter, Give it a mix.
  6. Pour the fruits fried mixture into another part of the oats batter. Give it a mix.
  7. Prepare the tadka- For which heat up the ghee and once hot add in the mustard seeds, curry leaves and urad dal, asafoetida sugar Let it crackle, and then add baking soda and 1/2 cup water then transfer to the vegetable oats batter.
  8. Give everything a final mix and quickly without wasting any time first add the fruits oats batter in a greased oven proof pan and then pour the vegetable oats batter.
  9. Then decorate the top with a line of grated carrot, baby tomato, zucchini, capsicum, paneer cube coriander leaves and black pepper over it.
  10. Bake in a preheated oven of 180°C for 25 mins and then rest it for 5 min. Serve it hot.
