Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. potato 3
  2. peas 1 cup
  3. ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  4. Green chilli 4 chopped
  5. Wheat flour 11/2 cup
  6. salt to taste
  7. oil as required

Instructions

  1. Boil potato
  2. Heat oil in a pan add chopped green chilli
  3. Add green peas in it
  4. Let it cook till soft
  5. With the help of spoon press it little
  6. Now add salt ginger garlic paste in it
  7. Add mashed potatoes
  8. Prepare a dough of wheat flour add little salt in it
  9. With the help of the roller roll a parantha
  10. Fill in the stuffing and make parantha
  11. Cook it with the help of oil
