Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1½ cup semolina
  2. ¼ cup wheat flour
  3. 1 tbsp yeast
  4. 1 tbsp sugar
  5. 1 tsp fennel seeds powder
  6. 1 cup milk
  7. 1 tsp fennel seeds
  8. 2 tbsp pure ghee

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add ¼ cup warm water, yeast and sugar mix and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  2. In a another bowl add semolina, whole wheat flour and fennel seeds powder.
  3. After 10 minutes yeast fermented add in flour and knead a dough with 1 cup of milk.
  4. Knead well for 8 - 10 minutes.
  5. Keep it at warm place for 2 hours.
  6. After 2 hours add fennel seeds in fermented dough and again knead it.
  7. Now grease a loaf tin with ghee.
  8. Place the dough in it. Cover it and Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  9. Pre-heat the oven at 180° for 10 minutes.
  10. After 15 minutes place a loaf tin in preheated oven for baking 30 minutes.
  11. After 30 minutes bread ready. Let it cool and cut the pieces for rusk.
  12. Now again bake rusk pieces at 150° for 15 minutes.
  13. After 7 - 8 minutes change the side of rusk and continue baking.
  14. After 15 minutes our Suji rusk are baked properly. Let it cool completely and store in an airtight container.
  15. Serve with hot tea at breakfast.

Backwas please don’t put these types of recipe I have treid this this comes out rubbish
