Bitter gourd pickle

Ingredients to make Bitter gourd pickle

  • Bitter gourd 3-4
  • salt as needed
  • oil to deep fry
  • red chilli Powder as needed
  • fenugreek seeds 1/2 tbsp
  • tamarind paste 3-4 tbsp
  • Methi mustard powder 2-3 tbsp
  • red chilli 3
  • hing a pinch
  • mustard seeds 1 tbsp

How to make Bitter gourd pickle

  1. Firstly chop the bitter gourd
  2. Now keep Kadai and pour oil once oil is hot add chopped bitter gourd and fry until it turns brown colour
  3. Once it is brown take out from oil into a bowl and add tamarind paste
  4. And salt, methi mustard powder, Red chilli powder and mix well
  5. Now take another pan and pour oil and add mustard seeds, methi seeds, hing, Red chilli and fry add to the bitter gourd and let it settle down for 12 hours and serve.....
