here I used a long wrinkled green chillies

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. green chilli ...200 grams
  2. yellow mustard... one and half tablespoon
  3. red chilli powder ...1 and half tablespoon
  4. salt ...one and half tablespoon
  5. Mustard oil ...half cup
  6. vinegar ...one tbspoon
  7. turmeric ...half tablespoon
  8. lemon juice ... 6 tbspoon

Instructions

  1. wash all the Chillies
  2. wipe with clean cloth
  3. cut it in 1 cm size
  4. take mixing bowl and put all green chillies in it
  5. now add all the ingredients except oil and lemon juice
  6. mix all the ingredients properly
  7. now fill it in the jar
  8. Every day shake the jar for two three times
  9. after 2 days.....
  10. now put the oil on the flame
  11. heat the oil till its smoke vanishes
  12. let it cool
  13. when it comes in room temperature pour the oil in pickle jar
  14. shake it well and pour lemon juice
  15. after one day Chilli pickle is ready to eat
