Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Raw papaya peeled and grated one cup
  2. Raisins half Cup
  3. Panch phoran ( fennal seeds, black cummin, cummin,, mustard seed, fenugreek seeds)one tspoon
  4. Turmeric powder half tspoon
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Red chilli powder one tspoon
  7. Vinegar one tspoon
  8. Sugal one table spoon
  9. Mustard oil one table spoon


  1. Take a pan put mustard oil .
  2. Add One tspoon panch phoran
  3. Add one cup grated raw papaya
  4. Add turmeric powder
  5. Add red chilli flacks
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Add raisin and mix well
  8. Add sugar
  9. At last add vinegar and mix well.
  10. Put into a serving bowl .
