About Bittergourd Salad Recipe

Its a very healthy and tasty salad

Bittergourd Salad

Ingredients to make Bittergourd Salad

  • Bittergourd -3,medium size
  • salt - to taste
  • onion-1,finely chopped
  • tomato-1,deseeded ,finely chopped
  • red chilli powder-1 tsp
  • lemon juice-1 tbsp
  • oil-2 tsp

How to make Bittergourd Salad

  1. Remove the seeds from bittergourd and finely chopped it.
  2. In nonstick kadai add the chopped Bittergourd, salt, red chili powder 1/4cup Water and cook it
  3. Then add the oil and fry it until crispy
  4. While serving, add the fried bittergourd, lemon juice, chopped onion and tomato in a bowl
  5. Mix it Well,if needed adjust with salt.

My Tip:

Dont mix the salad before serving,it will turns soggy
