ABOUT Canapes Pizza cups RECIPE

Tomato Paste spread on Baked Canapes cups and topped with thinly sliced onion,capsicum,tomato pieces, sweet corn and finally covered with Mozzarella cheese.These pizza cups are then kept in microwave for a minute. A quick and easy pizza.

Ingredients Serving: 3

Readymade Baked Canapes – 12 pieces
tomato paste – 4 tblsp
Mozzarella Cheese - ¼ cup loosely heaped
onion thinly sliced – 1 tblsp
tomato finely chopped – 1 tblsp
Thinly sliced capsicum – 1 tblsp
Sweet corn – 1 tblsp
Pizza topper – to sprinkle

Instructions

Arrange the cups one next to each other and spread tomato paste. Each cup will not take beyond 1 tsp.
Add 2 onion slices on each piece.
Add 2 capsicum slices on each piece.
Add few corn pieces on each piece.
Add few tomatoes on each piece.
Sprinkle pizza topper.
Add shredded mozzarella cheese and make sure it completely covers the top of the canapes cup.
Arrange them in a microwave safe plate giving a gap between each cup.
Microwave high for a minute or until the cheese melts.
