Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Radish 1 kilogram
  2. Mustard oil 2 tablespoons
  3. Mustard seeds powder 2 teadpoons
  4. Red pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  5. Turmeric ppwder 1 teaspoon
  6. Salt 2 teadpoons

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the radishes
  2. Cut in the desired shape
  3. Keep in sunlight for 5 to 6 hours
  4. Then add salt , pepper powder , turmeric powder and mustard seeds powder in it
  5. Add oil
  6. Fill in an airtight jar
  7. Keep this jar in sunlight for 3..4 ,days
  8. Now its ready to indulge with chapati or paranthe
