ABOUT Tomato chutney RECIPE

Tangy and tasty chutney with no coconut, goes well idli and dosa.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Tomatoes 3 medium boiled
  2. Green chillies 2
  3. Garlic Cloves 3
  4. jeera 1/2 tsp
  5. Coriander leaves a handful
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp for tempering

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients in the mixer except mustard without adding water. Add only boiled tomato pulp not the water used to boil them.
  2. Season with mustard seeds
  3. Spicy tangy tomato chutney is ready to serve.
