Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup jowar flour
  2. 2tbsp besan
  3. 2-3tbsp wheatflour or APF
  4. 1cup cauliflower
  5. 1/2 cup green fresh peas
  6. 1/2 cup methi leaves(washed and chopped)
  7. 2tbsp chpped coriander
  8. 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  9. 1tsp garlic paste
  10. salt as per taste
  11. 2-3 chopped green chillies
  12. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  13. Pinch of Asafetida
  14. 1tsp coriander powder
  16. Oil to roast the parathas
  17. Water as required


  1. Cut cauliflower into small pieces and add them into water filled pan.Add peas into it and boil them till well cooked.
  2. Drain the water and mash the boiled mixture.
  3. Add all ingredients except water and mix it well.
  4. Add water little at a time and knead a dough.
  5. Roll the dough like chapati and roast it on tawa by applying oil from both sides. Cook till golden brown in color. Serve with achar or green chutney,or sauce or curd,etc.
