Wash veritables
Cut the kheera head from both side and insert a straw and remove from another side
We found a hole in khhera
Now cut beetroot length wise and try to make heart shaped
Now insert beetroot in kheera
Finally cut 1/2 cm thick pieces from kheera. U can get inside heart of beetroot
Fill the rosted capsicum from hung curd add salt and black pepper powder.
Arrange the whole salad as your choice
