Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Tomatoes 6
  2. Butter - 2 Tablespoons
  3. Bayleaf - 1
  4. Corn flour - 1 tablespoon
  5. Sugar - 1 tsp
  6. Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  7. Salt - as per taste
  8. Coriander - 1 tablespoon
  9. Bread - 1 slice


  1. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces
  2. Put a pan on the stove on low flame.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon butter and a bay leaf, fry and put cut tomatoes in it.
  4. Allow it to cook for 5 mins with lid closed
  5. Switch off the stove and let it cool for 5 mins
  6. Take a tablespoon corn flour and mix it with 4 tablespoons of water and keep it aside.
  7. Take out the bay leaf and then Grind the tomato in mixer grinder and then filter it with the help of a strainer.
  8. Now put an other pan on stove and add a tablespoon butter in it once the butter melts, add the tomato puree. Boil it for 5 mins, now add the cornflour water mixture and mix well.
  9. Now add salt, pepper. powder and switch off the stove
  10. Cut the bread slice into small square pieces. Deep fry them and put them aside
  11. Pour the soup into a bowl add fried bread croutons and coriander leaves and serve hot:yum::yum:
