It's rajasthani special red Chilli chutney. It's spicy , yummi chutney. Mostly it serves with daal bati, nd chapati.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 100 gram fresh red Chilli
  2. 2 chopped tomatoes
  3. 2 chopped kachari
  4. 5 to 6 garlic cloves
  5. 1 tsp salt
  6. 1 tbsp oil
  7. 1 tbsp. Cumin seeds
  8. 1 tbsp mustard seeds


  1. Firstly wash red Chilli nd de seeds them nd cut into a pieces.
  2. Now cut kachari, nd tomatoes into dices
  3. Now take a mixcer jaar put red Chilli, tomatoes, kachari, garlic, nd grind it and make a fine paste
  4. Now take a pan add oil nd put mustard seeds, cumin seeds when it's crackle add red Chilli paste nd salt nd cook til the oil become separate.
  5. Now red Chilli chutney is ready to serve .
