Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Pomegranate 2
  2. Lemon juice 2 spoons
  3. Mint leaves 6
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Pepper corns 6
  6. Grated Ginger 1/2 sooon
  7. Dry red chilli 1
  8. Jeera 1/2 spoon
  9. Oil 1/2 spoon

Instructions

  1. Deseed the pomegranate and crush them to get Fine juice of it and keep it aside
  2. In a pan add oil, jeera, ginger and sauté them
  3. Add crushed black pepper and sauté once.
  4. Now pour the juice, add red chilli and salt, allow the mixture to boil well
  5. Off the stove. Add chopped mint leaves in a serving bowl, strain and pour the boiled pomegranate mixture into the bowl, add lemon juice and mix it once and serve hot.
