Ingredients to make Bread cheesy keema

  • Lamb mince 150 gms
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tsp red kashmiri chilly powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 cup water
  • salt
  • 1-2 green chillies chopped
  • Fresh coriander leaves
  • Fresh bread ( brown or white )
  • Britannia block cheese grated
  • 2-3 tbsp butter

How to make Bread cheesy keema

  1. In a pan or kadhai, add mince, salt , red chilly powder ginger garlic paste and 1 cup water.
  2. Keep on low flame until mince is done.
  3. Dry the mince completely , turn off the gas , add cumin powder , chopped coriander leaves and chopped chillies. Mix and keep aside.
  4. Take white or brown bread, chop off all the edges.
  5. Now in muffin tray grease with little butter.
  6. Place bread on each slot and push it into the slot, now add grated cheese , then add 1 tbsp or more mince mixture and then top it with loads of grated Britannia cheese.
  7. Bake in pre heated oven for 150/160 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with any hot sauce but I serve with a dash of instant red chilly chutney.

My Tip:

Note : You can replace mutton mince with chicken mince or even paneer . Instead of non veg you can saute veggies as per your choice and add Chinese sauces and then place on the bread add some grated Britannia cheese and then bake .
