Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Carrot 1number
  2. Beans 4number
  3. Soybean 3 tablespoon
  4. Cauliflower 4 florets
  5. Cabbage chopped 3 tablespoon
  6. Coriander leaves
  7. Ginger chopped 1teaspoon
  8. Garlic 2numbers
  9. Shallots 4number
  10. onion 1 big
  11. Maida 1tablespoon
  12. Ghee 2tablespoon
  13. Salt
  14. Pepper powder

Instructions

  1. Saute all vegetables except onion
  2. Cook it in cooker for 2 whistleblowing
  3. Strain vegetables from water
  4. In a pan saute onion
  5. Add vegetables to onion and saute for 2minutes
  6. Let it cool
  7. Grind it to fine paste
  8. Mix adequate water and mix well
  9. Strain it
  10. In a pan add ghee and fry Maida and add water to make paste and add soup
  11. Let it boil well
  12. Add salt and pepper as needed
