Salad is very healthy..i made little mouth twist salad with flavoured yougurt its irresible dish..looks amazing

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Strawberry flavor yogurt 40gms
  2. Cucumber 1 large
  3. Chopped green Apple
  4. Soaked boiled chick peas 20gms
  5. Half boiledCarrot pieces half cup
  6. Pomogronate seeds 1cup
  7. Chikku pieces 1cup
  8. Salt half tsp
  9. Chilli powder pinch
  10. Cumin powder half tsp
  11. Honey 1tsp
  12. banana 2 chopped


  1. Let's start Take all fruits and veggies in a plate
  2. Take a cucumber cut vertically
  3. Scoop inside seeds , chopp the pulp take out a big mouth bowl
  4. Put apple and remaining all fruit and boiled chick pea,carrot
  5. Into bowl add yogurt as per fruit quantity to get moisture on that
  6. Mix well add salt,chilli powder,cumin powder ,honey
  7. Take cucumber slices serve salad on it garnish with mint leaves
  8. Ready to serve
