Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Date 500 grams
  2. Mariegold biscuits 100 grams
  3. Grated dry coconut 50 grams
  4. Ghee- 50 grams
  5. Cherry 4 to 6
  6. Colourful shoof 1 tsp
  7. Rose petals for decorating plate


  1. First take out seeds of Date and then heat the pan on the gas and add ghee into it
  2. After ghee is heated add Date in it.And keep on stiring it till it becomes brown in colour.Approximately it will take 10 to 12 minutes to become brown in colour
  3. After 10 minutes it will become smooth texture.It will be thick paste of dates.Now off the gas.And let it cool down for 10 minutes.Now take some Date paste and give it a flat ball shape.
  4. Make such flat balls of all dates paste.Make sure the dates paste balls should be appro 1/2 inch thick and of same size of marie gold biscuit flat wise.Now take 2 Marie gold biscuits together and put 1 Date flat ball on the top and another
  5. Date flat ball on the bottom. Now press the edges with hands to cover the biscuits with Date paste .Now roll this biscuits in dry grated coconut powder.Finally garnish it with some cherries and colourful shoof . Press it little so that grated coconut ,shoof and cherry sticks to biscuits .Now put it on rose petals dish(optional) and enjoy this mouthwatering and unique biscuits friends
