Eggless pressure cooker black forest cake

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Maida 100gms
  2. Butter 60gms
  3. Condensed milk 200ml
  4. Cocoa powder 3 tbsp
  5. Vanilla Essence 1tsp
  6. Baking powder 1tsp
  7. Baking soda 1/2tspn
  8. Aerated Soda 200ml
  9. For icing-
  10. Icing sugar 3 tbsp
  11. Whipped cream
  12. Vanilla Essence
  13. For sugar syrup-
  14. Sugar 200gms
  15. Water 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Beat butter and condensed milk till greasy.
  2. To this add maida mix again add baking powder and baking soda mix thoroughly.
  3. Add cocoa powder and vanilla essence.
  4. Add aerated soda (coke or pepsi)
  5. Grease tin and pour batter.
  6. Pre heat cooker and place the tin for 45 min.
  7. Chocolate sponge cake is ready.
  8. Cut upper layer when cool then pour prepared sugar syrup over it.
  9. Beat whipped cream and icing sugar.
  10. Apply on cake and refrigerate. Serve chill.
