Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. guava - 1
  2. ginger - 1 inch
  3. Green Chillies - 4-5 nos.
  4. Fresh coriander leaves - 1 cup
  5. Black salt as per taste
  6. lemon juice - 1 tbs


  1. Deseed and cut the guava ,peel the ginger , and chopped the coriander leaves and wash them properly.
  2. Add guava into jar.
  3. Next add ginger piece into a jar.
  4. Now add green chillies.
  5. Next add coriander leaves.
  6. Next grind them into fine paste.
  7. Now take it in a bowl and add lemon juice.
  8. Next add black salt and mix properly.
  9. Now mix properly.
  10. Its done , enjoy as a side dish with any meal.
