ABOUT Dry chutney RECIPE

U can store this chutney for 15 days, spicy testy chutny for puri parantha.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 10 garlic
  2. 1 handful of ginger
  3. 1/2 cup peanut seeds
  4. Salt
  5. Red chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Instructions

  1. Firstly peel and wash ginger and garlic
  2. Now ginger, garlic and peanut seeds grind together, make a course pest
  3. Now heat a pan add 2-4 tsp oil, add grinded masala and Rost it
  4. Stir continue and Rost it in sim flame, meanwhile add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder according to taste
  5. When it become dry and aromatic it is ready . Off the flame and let it cool, U can store it
