Sprouted moong salad

Ingredients to make Sprouted moong salad

  • 1 cup sprouted moong
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup Strawberry pieces
  • 1/2 cup cucumber pieces
  • 1/2 cup carrots pieces
  • 1/2 cup apple pieces
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbs Chaat masala
  • 1 tbs pickle masala
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1tsp black salt
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbs olive oil

How to make Sprouted moong salad

  1. Boil sprouted moong in the water with salt and turmeric powder.
  2. Boil just 5 minutes.
  3. Then remove all water and cool down for 15 minutes.
  4. Add in a bowl all veggies and fruits.
  5. Add all spices and sugar.
  6. Add olive oil and mix well.
  7. Serve in a platter and garnish with strawberries.
  8. Serve cool and enjoy.
