Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Green chili 100 gram
  2. Mustard oil 5 tsp
  3. Vinegar 4 tsp
  4. Fennel seeds 3 tsp
  5. Mustard seeds 3 tsp
  6. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  7. Salt 1 1/2 tsp
  8. Fenugreek seeds 1 1/2 tsp
  9. Asafoetida 1/4 tsp
  10. Turmeric powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry green chili. Chop green chili in small size...
  2. Dry roast fennel seeds, Mustard Seeds, Fenugreek seeds and cumin seeds for 1 min in medium flame...
  3. Grind it...
  4. In a bowl add chopped green chili, grind masala, salt, turmeric powder, asafoetida and vinegar then mix well...
  5. In a pan add Mustard oil, heat till it's smocking point. When oil cool down pour it in Pickle and mix well...
  6. Pickle is ready. It stays for 1 month...
