Easy to make goes perfect with any thing

Ingredients to make Carrot pickle

  • Carrot grated 200 gms
  • Garlic crushed 20 gms
  • Chilly powder 3tablespoon
  • Salt
  • Gingely oil 5tablespoon
  • Mustard seeds 2tablespoon
  • Methi seeds 2 teaspoon
  • Curry leaf
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Vinegar3 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice 3 teaspoon

How to make Carrot pickle

  1. In a pan dry fry mustard seed and methi seed
  2. Powder it
  3. In a pan add oil and saute garlic and carrot
  4. Add salt
  5. Add curry leaves
  6. Saute for 10 minutes in low flame
  7. Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, mustard and methi powder and mix well
  8. And saute for 1minute
  9. Add vinegar and lemon juice
  10. Store in airtight container when cooled
