Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Spinach 500 grams
  2. Boiled mashed potatoes medium size 2
  3. Paneer grated paneer 150 grams
  4. Capsicum finely chopped 1
  5. Peas 150 grams
  6. Corainder finely chopped 2 tbsp
  7. Corn flour: 2 tablespoon
  8. Bread crumbs :1 cup
  9. oil 250 ml (for frying)
  10. Asafoetida 1/2 teaspoon
  11. finely chopped green chillies 3
  12. Chopped garlic 5 to 7
  13. Dhania powder:1 tablespoon
  14. Garam masala:1 teaspoon
  15. Turmeric:1 teaspoon
  16. Mix dry fruits 2 tablespoon(cashew nuts,almond green pista)
  17. Salt according to the taste
  18. Chat masala 1 Teaspoon
  19. Aamchur powder:1 teaspoon


  1. Take 3 glass of water .Boiled it on gas. Now add spinach leaves and stir it for 2 mins. Now drain out water from it .
  2. Sqeeze it .Blend it into the mixture. Now heat oil in a pan. Add Jeera and let it cracker. Add asafoetida
  3. Add garlic and chilly to it .Saute it for few seconds. Add peas and saute it for 1 min on medium flame .Add boiled mashed potatoes to it .
  4. Add spinach .Add corainder. Add capsicum .Add paneer.
  5. Add turmeric,dhaniya powder,Aamchur powder, chat masala ,salt ,garam masala dry fruits and cornflour to it Mix it very well Now make equal shape and size kabab from it Now drop it in bread crumbs and press it both the side for coating kabab.
  6. Heat oil in a pan. Fry all kebabs on medium flame in untill it becomes golden brown and crispy. Drop it on kitchen tissue paper to absorb excess oil from it .
  7. Serve delicious and healthy HERABHARAKABAB with green chutney and sauce.
