Alphonso mangoes 2 big
sugar for mango pulp 2 tbsp

Instructions
Heat kadhai on the gas .Transfer milk in it Now keep on stirring this milk so that it does not stick to khadhai .Now the malai will start forming in the milk.
Take out all the malai as soon it's form and put it on the edges of the milk. We have to reduce this milk until it becomes thicken and half in litres (i.e 250 ml) Make sure ur flame should be medium to slow and slow to medium. Now when milk get thicken.
Add 3 tbsp sugar to it.Stir for 2 minutes more .Then after off the gas .Our rabdi is ready now. Keep it aside for an hour to cool down .Now take mangoes and cut them in to small pieces .
Blend it by adding 2 tbsp sugar in it .Then after boil water in a pan. Add savaiya to it and cook it till it becomes double in size Then after strain it out .Take packet of raspberry jelly
Mix raspberry jelly crystal and contents of the small sachet in a dry vessel. Heat 3 cups of water in a vessel .Boil it very well. Now add mixer of jelly in it .Stir it for few seconds .And check out the mixture should be completely dissolve.
And let it be cool down on room temperature for 45 minutes .Then after refrigerate it for an hour. Soak chia seeds in 1 cup of water for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes it will become double in size. Soo our chia seeds is ready to use now .
:diamonds:Assembling part : Take a glass 1st put 3 tbsp rabdi in it. Then put tbsp kiwi crush in it. Then add 3 tbsp raspberry jelly in it. Then add 3 tbsp chia seeds in it.
Then after add 3 tbsp mango pulp in it .Then again put 1 tbsp kiwi crush .Again put 1 tbsp raspberry jelly. Again add 1 tbsp rabdi on it .Now garnish it with rose petals, dry fruits, cherry and green sweet sev .Put straw in it
Finally our RAINBOW RABDI FALOODA is ready friends .Enjoy this super delicious, mouthwatering and yummy falooda with ur family and friends
