Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Vermicelli 100 grams
  2. Alponso mango pieces 5 to 6 Medium size
  3. Full cream milk 2 cup
  4. mango pulp 1 cup
  5. Full cream milk 2 cup
  6. Milkmaid 3 tablespoon
  7. Cardamom powder 1 tsp (optional)
  8. Ghee 1-1/2 teaspoon
  9. Raisan 5-7 pieces.
  10. cashew nuts. 4-5
  11. Saffron 4 to 6 strands.


  1. Take a pan and add ghee to it. Now roast vermicelli sev untill it becomes golden brown in colour. Now add milk in it . Add milk maid.
  2. Add cardamom powder (optional) Now mix it well. Stir it for 5 to 7 minutes on medium to low flame. Do check that it should not be stick to pan......or else's keep on low flame. Switch off the gas.
  3. Now add mango pulp to it. Mix it well. Finally take out this kheer in a bowl and garnish it with mango, raisan, cashewnuts or any of ur favourite dry fruits.
  4. Sprinkle saffron on it. Now keep it for cooling for an hour. Than finally enjoy this mango vermicelli kheer hot or cold according to ur choice with the family and friends
