Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 Maggie's 140 grams
  2. 2 packets of Maggie tastemakers
  3. peas 1 tablespoon
  4. carrot pieces 1 tablespoon
  5. Chopped onion 1 tablespoon
  6. chopped tomato 1 tablespoon
  7. Grated cabbage 1 tablespoon
  8. chopped cauliflower 1 tablespoon
  9. Chopped capsicum 1 tablespoon
  10. Panner pieces 50grams
  11. sweetcorn 1 tablespoon(optional)
  12. Turmeric 1/2 tablespoon
  13. Chilly powder 1/2 tablespoon
  14. Dhania powder 1 tbsp
  15. Chopped corainder 1 tablespoon
  16. Oil 1 tablespoon
  17. salts to taste

Instructions

  1. Boiled Maggie in a kadhai by adding 3 glass of water,salt and maggie tastemaker in it.And on the another side heat oil in a kadhai.Put onion in it and saute it till it becomes little brown in colour.
  2. Then after add all the veggies (except paneer) in it.Add turmeric,chilly powder,dhania powder and bit of salt in it ,as we have also added salt in Maggie too.Cover the lid by sprinkling little water to veggies and let it cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Now check out our Maggie is ready or not with no water in it.It should be totally dry.Finally add all this veggies in it and paneer and mix well.Garnish it with corainder. And serve it very hot.This dish is all time favourite especially of kids
  4. So I made it healthy by putting lots of veggies as through this dish at least kids will eat veggies too.
