This red chilli came during winter season so its to tangy spicy in taste with lemon juice ans homemade pickle masale which can be use to consume with any meal to enhance the taste and easy to make

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Red chillies half kg (500gm)
  2. Mustard oil 2 cup
  3. Lemon 4
  4. Salt 5 tblspn
  5. Black mustard seed 6 tblspn
  6. Fennel seeds 4 tblspn
  7. Fenugreek seed 4 tblspn
  8. Cumin 4 tblspn
  9. Black pepper 2 tblspn
  10. Carrom seeds 2 tblspn
  11. Turmeric powder 2 tblspn
  12. Asafoetida 1 pinch

Instructions

  1. Take red chillies wash it and dry in sun for 15 min
  2. Heat a pan and roast whole spices such as fennel seed, fenugreek seed, carrom seeds,cumin seed and black pepper stir and slightly roast the spices for hoti 2 min turn off flame keep to cool
  3. Take oil to be added to pickle heat it up well
  4. As the whole spice cool down add salt too,then coarsely grind in a mixer jar transfer in a plate
  5. Coarsely grind black mustard seed separately put over the grinded spices
  6. Oil has smoked u rightly switch the flame off let it cool
  7. Add the rest of spices such as turmeric, asafoetida,lemon juice in the grinded spices
  8. Add 4tblspn of hot oil in spices and mix it well
  9. Remove stalk from chillies
  10. Slit the chillies from the center vertically.
  11. Take out seed and pulp from it do rest of all
  12. Mix the seed in spices
  13. Now fill the chillies with spices mix keep the stuffed chilli in plate
  14. Take out the oil in a bowl dip each stuff chilli in and take out keep it in a separate bowl
  15. Fill up the sterilized container with pickle chilli put the leftover spices to the chillies pour left over oil to chillies
  16. Close the lid of the container and keep in sunlight for 1 day
  17. It's ready to serve
