Ingredients to make Carrot pickle

  • 2 cup diced carrot
  • 1/2cup oil
  • 3 tsp methi seeds
  • 2 tsp haldi ,hing
  • 2tsp red chillipowder
  • 2tsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

How to make Carrot pickle

  1. First we chopped carrot in dice shape
  2. In bowl add salt red chilli powder and haldi
  3. Heat pan for tadka add oil and musterd seeds andmethi seeds.
  4. Now add hing and pour chopped carrot mix well
  5. Add lemon jouice and salt
  6. Ready to serve with u can eat it with parathas
